Refund Policy

We want this to be genuinely worth it. If a product isn't, we'd rather hear about it and make it right.

Digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," refunds are handled case by case. If something is broken, not as described, or you're unhappy within 14 days of purchase, contact us with your order details and we'll issue a refund where we can.

Membership

You can cancel the Juan Minute Wisdom Circle at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months, but you won't be charged again.

Use the contact page and include the email you purchased with. We aim to respond within two business days.
